Location is key to a good trip.  This beautiful studio is located right on the seafront, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatres, nightspots, conference venues, Picturesque Regency Pavililion, Brighton Pier and everything that the vibrant city of Brighton has to offer the discerning guest.  The beach is opposite the apartment and an array of watersports are on offer at the lagoon less than a mile along the coast.

This fabulous studio has a double bed and a double sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 people.  There is a fully equipped kitchen if you can bear to pull yourself away from the local restaurants to self cater and a newly refurbished bathroom for relaxing bathing.  Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
